30-day returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. No lengthy forms, no awkward questions.

How to return

Simply email us at info@theambergarden.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. We'll arrange a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Conditions

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
